Loud wheel hum

Hi! My front left wheel started roaring pretty badly while accelerating and the faster I go the louder it gets. I thought it was the wheel bearing but I replaced that and it didn't fix it. What else could it be? My rack and pinion is bad. Does that matter? Thanks! I have brand new tires

    Did you inspect the tire very closely at the time?

    Did you replace the entire hub assembly?

    Well I had the hum start on a long trip I went on and had the tires replaced during the trip. the hum stayed the same. Both bearings were entire assemblies.
