Odometer tampering

Hi All 
I am planning to buy an used vehicle from a dealer. I am afraid whether the odometer is tampered or not !! So i got a carfax report for the vehicle as shown in the image. It says kilometers not included in rollback calculation. Does it mean the vehicle has only 68××× miles totally since it was bought ??

    Is the car from Canada? If so, likely converted from kilometers to miles.

    Yes sir.the car was from canada..but the odometer is in mph. Thats y i m wondering whether they would have tampered it when they changed the odometer .

    It doesn't appear that way.

    86,441 kilometers = 54,025 miles

    That seems pretty consistent with the CARFAX information.
