.00038 MF and 50% residual for 36/12. $1850 lease cash.

So, are you making the first payment, or is it rolled into the CAP cost, as well?
No idea what "lieu taxes" might be. That's a good question for the dealer.
With that MSRP and CAP cost, the payment is correct.
