need advice, how to find invoice price, and buy 2016 XC90 or lease and then buy ?

need advice from the experts. I am planning on keeping this car long term 8-10yrs hopefully.

I am looking at a 2016 XC90 T6 Momentum + Vision pkg+ convenience pkg + hitch + air suspension MSRP $57725
how do I know or lookup the invoice price?

Lastly, does it make sense to first lease it and then buy it at the lease end? My thinking is, I should be able to negotiate discount now at the time of leasing, and then at lease end, there would be more on the market and could again negotiate the price to purchase it at? Also I am noticing financing is cheaper, as the money factor on a lease comes to 1.6% APR, whereas to purchase the min is 1.99%.

You can use the tabs at the top of the page to look up invoice prices.

You have extra costs when leasing, that you may not have on a straight purchase, such as acquisition fees, etc. If your goal is to own the vehicle, then take the shortest term and highest payment that you can afford, and that will be the most cost effective.

You can rarely save money "leasing to own".

from what i've read, the lease contract will have a purchase price that you pay at the end of lease, and that price cannot be changed. i could be wrong though.

That is correct, there is a residual value that is set by the bank at the end of the lease.
