Assuming the lease is 36mo, 15K/yr, the residual is 53% of MSRP.

That looks like a good price.
Assuming that the CAP cost is a little higher than the discount price. If you add $595 for the acquisition fee and subtract the CAP cost reduction, I get the same payment.

Can't tell you about the $570.83, but that's likely title/registration and doc fee. Which state?

I live in Taxifornia though my local sales tax is unheard of 7.5% for another few months.

If I understood you correctly, the numbers I got are missing the $595 acquisition fee?

I think the acquisition fee is in there, just not disclosed, nor is the adjusted CAP cost. $570 sounds about right for title/registration in CA.
