We are looking at two demo cars, one with 6K miles and the other with 8K miles.

How much under MSRP should we negotiate due to the miles.

Whatever you would pay for a new model, you want that, plus at least $0.25/mile reduction for current mileage.

Not sure what this has to do with the title of your post, though.

Thanks, we are thinking about purchasing (sorry not leasing) a demo. With the 72 zero interest. How much under msrp would you recommend paying?

If BMW is providing 0% for 72 months as a promotion, then I wouldn't let it affect the purchase price. I'd stick with what I wrote before.

Thanks. Do you think 47K purchase price is fair it has sports package, lighting package, premium pack, back up camera, navigation, leather interior, plus taxes, doc fee?

We usually recommend shooting for 7% off MSRP, minus any other deductions for mileage or incentives.
