need help on lease ?? good deal or not for GC limited 4x4

is this a decent deal? I'm new to leasing, read a lot - but not a numbers person. MRSP 45,185/discount and rebate, bring it to $41,485. with fees and taxes - total is $44,030.58.

Dealer is offering at 10K... 36 months, $409/month with $6199 down (2999 + first months payment + faxes/fees)

$6199 upfront??!! .00089 MF and 58% residual.

That's a lot better.. but, I still wouldn't put $5K upfront.

I'd structure it as $2K upfront and $493/mo.
