Hi all, I'm new to this forum, however... I'm not new to Honda as I'm on my 3rd Honda Accord.

This pertains to a price I just received from the dealership that I've purchased my last three Honda's. My wife and I are leasing a 2016 Honda CR-V EX-L (No navigation) We have been quoted a price of $346.00 per month with $1,697 down. The money down includes 1st months payment, taxes, title and new plates here in New York. My sales rep that I've bought my last three cars from also agreed to eat my wife's last two payments of her 2013 Ford Edge which costs us $418.00 dollars a month. I'm not very good at this, I have some general knowledge and this seems like a fair deal.

I'd like some opinions from people here. Do you think this is a good deal, so so deal or a bad deal?

BTW My wife will be commuting a decent distance to work so this lease price is for 18,000 miles per year.

Thanks in advance!

.00060 MF and 59% residual for 36/15. $750 lease cash.

I'll assume the extra 9000 miles reduce the residual by $900 (but, that's just an educated guess).

Can you give the MSRP and selling price?

    MSRP $30,895
    Selling price $28,000

Is this a good price? And is this a good lease deal?

    Thanks in advance!

With those numbers, I show $324/mo.+tax, with 1st payment, acquisition fee and title/license/doc fees due at signing. I don't know your tax rate, but that looks pretty close. maybe a little high.

Is that a good selling price? I don't know, but check this discussion:
