The only model that allows 7500 miles per year is the 2017 7-series.

10K for the 4-series is the minimum.

Bumping this up for review.

.00137 MF and 57% residual for 36/10.
With a CAP cost of $54969, I get 704/mo.+tax.
But, that might not be the CAP cost, if you are only putting $1500 upfront.
There is a $925 acquisition fee.
If you add that in, it just about hits your quote.

I am seeing the 440i xDrive Convertible 10K a year lease offer is showing a purchase option of 39,159 based on an MRSP of 64,195 for September. Am i right to calculate residuals at 61%? or is there something i'm missing? It was 57% last month so I'm sure it did not improve 4%. Please let me know, thanks!

I have found a leftover 2016 Gran Coupe 435i, and am thinking of leasing it. What is the residual and MF on the 435i for a 2 year or 3 year option? Is the 428i a better option, or the 2017? I can get a further 1500 discount from my work, on either a 2 or 3 year option, and am considering just a two year since then I might get out of having to replace the tires. Any thoughts on the longer term vs. impact of discount? I expect on a 57k car, I can get about 5k or 6k off before the employee discount.

Add 6% for 24 month lease (much higher payment)

The 2017 model will also have a much higher payment.

Add 2% to the residual for 12k. Better to get the 15k if you may go over the 22k allowance.
