AC- Frozen pipe on Torrent.

So i just picked up my car for the third time from the mechanic and my back pipe still freeze and cold air does not come out. First he did a software update (I don't know why this was needed, nothing changed), Then I had to get a new radiator fan because he said the one fan was not working and this could cause the pipe to freeze. He checked the coolant and it is at the right amount of pounds. What could cause the pipe to freeze and cold air to stop flowing? It does get cold but after 20 minutes the pipes freeze and it stops getting cold.

    That should be a variable displacement compressor, and combined with the "H" valve should mechanically regulate the low side pressure to just above the freezing point. A little frosting is OK in some situations, but if you are losing cooling and I need to know if the airflow into the car is diminishing like you turned the blower speed down, then I'd be testing to see if the compressor is failing and debris is circulating with the refrigerant. Debris can cause the pressure control valve to stick in the compressor and can also affect the "H" valves performance and that "can" result in the evaporator freezing into a big ice block.

    Do you think it could be the Evaporator Temp Sensor?

    What does the BCM show for the evaporator temperature in scan data? Are there any circuit or performance codes for it setting?
