    At SacEV, we recommend looking for BEVs that have twice your daily needs, and have a high speed charging port (CHAdeMO or SAE Combo) in addition to the J1772 port. If you can't find a BEV that meets those requirements, look for a PHEV with a battery range that covers your needs for most days.

    Section 4 is really confusing, not even sure if it is accurate. The kWh is very important. You're right to think if it as the electrical equivalent of a gallon. However, also remember the typical EV will drive about 3 or 4 miles per kWh.
