$1800 down (acquisition, first month payment, fees, taxes)
Monthly Payment - $342

Since they lowered the price from msrp by 14%, they refused to lower acquisition from $1095 to $795. They refused to lower the money factor to 0.00111 (which is essentially 0.00121 with autopay). If I pushed more harder and got the 0.00111, I would've had $336 a month.

Howd I do? Took about 7 hours of negotiation.

Looks like you did pretty well, relative to MSRP.
About $382/mo, if only first payment at signing.. Pretty good for a $37K vehicle.

I amortized the amount paid upfront, other than the first payment. That's an apples to apples comparison.

oh... you did (1095 + 443) / 36 = 42.72
Then you added 342 + 42.72 = $384 ish.
So besides having lower acquisition fee and slightly better MF, is there anything else I could've done?

Not really. That is a strong discount from sticker; not surprised the dealer took a hard line on the acquisition fee and MF bump.

They got to keep the lights on somehow, don't they?

We've heard MB offers a MSD program; but, not 100% certain that it applies to supported lease rates.

Mercedes does do security deposit program but depends on vehicle as far as how many.

Do you have the December 2016 rates for the GLA? I'm looking for a standard 36 month lease with 12,000 miles per year. I'm not too particular about the model, preferably one with the highest residual value. If there are different month (33, 39, etc.) leases that offers a better value for the residual please let me know.

Are they doing any customer loyalty programs right now? It's december 1st and I'm not sure how up to date their websites are. So far it doesn't seem like there's any lease specials on edmudns.com.

How do I calculate the residual value, is it on $34947 or 38,491.62 ?

The offer doesnt seem to be good to me based on 63-64% residual value on any of the prices.

The residual is based on the MSRP, not the selling price.
