I had a question about one-pay lease.

From my understanding its a decrease of .0008 on the MF.

If you have a normal MF of .00055 and you decrease it by .0008 you end up with a negative mf -.00025. Do they calculate a payment based on this negative interest rate??

If only.

Usually, there is a minimum MF that has to be used for a lease. Not sure about MB, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was .00005

Yes just 43 not the s. They will be receiving my ordered gle43 in the beginning of next week and wanted to be ready for any numbers game they plan on playing when I go in.
When I originally went in negotiating on a 16' gle450 they offered me a "39 month lease with a 3 month early turn in option"... Was that there way of describing a 36 month lease?

Generally, MB does not offer 39 month lease terms. Occasionally, they will run a promotion to allow the 36 month residual to be used for a 39 month term, but I don't see that available this month.

Can you please share the MF and RV for 2017 GLE 350 and 2017 300d for September, 36 mos. 10k miles/yr. and 48/10k? I'm getting quoted at .00149, RV of 55% for 36 mos., 51% for 39 mos. and 42% for 48 mos. and only $6k off for a 2016 demo with 600 miles. Thanks!

I don't see a 300d for 2017.

Is the 350 RWD or 4Matc?

That is the net cap cost? The payment should be around $60/mo lower, if that's the case.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, and what is included in that number. Your taxes are due up front in NY - not sure if that's part of the $1699 up front cash. Nor do I see the acquisition fee mentioned anywhere.

What are you paying upfront, and what gets rolled into the payment?

If you are paying all the other charges upfront, I get about $817/mo., which isn't far off.
The acquisition fee is marked up from the $795 base.

Not a cheap car to lease, without a big discount.

Thanks for the reply. Correct the monthy payment is $817. In this case I would be paying the acquisition fee 1,095, gov 591, tac- 2,170, doc 499 and first month payment of $817. Looks like i need to get the sale price down to get into the $700-750 monthy payment

They aren't gouging you anywhere. Just need to find out if $5K off is a good price. Have you used the Make/Model/Year tabs at the top of the page to get Edmunds TMV?

Dealer can mark up the acquisition fee.

Roll all taxable fees into the lease - that leaves the DMV costs and first payment as out of pocket.

Yes, you should negotiate a discount from sticker, before adding in the fees.

I get $791/mo with those numbers.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - if higher than the $59,500, find out what else has been added.

Any money due at signing?
