blinker blink fast. electrical short?

my right turn blinker light flashes very fast. I checked, then changed all the bulbs. checked the fuses. then when that didnt work, i switched the left side bulbs over the the right side. Again, the right blinker still is fast, so not the bulbs.

I was told it could be a an electrical short. how can i track it down?

I had blinker problems too. Mine would blink left when I pushed to blink right. I removed the blinker switch, took off the cover and removed some of the electrical grease. There was way too much. Problem solved.
