What is a good price for a 2013 Honda CRV EX-L. 35,000 miles White, Super Clean off lease. No NAV Honda CPO. New Tires, Trans Fluid, Battery, Has Sunroof, Leather, Seat Heaters. Non Smoker Vehicle. From a Dealer Zip Code is 75201. Thanks

Dallas zip so I'm assuming this is a FWD.

When I appraise it here (using "clean" condition) the Certified Used Price for your zip is $21,452.

A "good" price would be normal retail ($20,402) or even the Private Party number ($18,534). But knowing Texas Honda dealers, Private Party isn't likely to happen. I do see a similar one on that link today for a similar CPO price, so maybe you can whack the CPO number a bit.

Yeah its FWD. So the $20402 is for a unit that is not CPO?

Right. CPO gets you the 7/100 warranty for the extra $1,000 bucks. Not much else though, no loaners that I can see, unless the optional HondaCare is included.

Honda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle

The extra warranty is nice, but otherwise CPO cars are overrated in my opinion. They are still used cars and you'll find posts where obvious flaws that should have been caught by those vaunted 182 point checklists were missed. A pre-purchase inspection wouldn't be a bad idea since some dealers seem to just skim over the checklist and hit the high spots.
