Honda Sensing - Accord

I'm looking at a 2017 Accord with Honda Sensing. From the Honda website, I know what it does, but I would appreciating hearing from owners with this option: In practical terms, what is it like to have Honda Sending? How has it helped your driving? Do you like it? Is it worth the extra cost? Would you get another Honda with Honda Sensing in the future? Any issues with it?
