However, the only numbers we have are GM Financial. This may be a different bank. Your discounts seem very large, and there may be incentives for using a different bank.
Given the numbers you provided, $799/mo.+tax, assuming the CAP cost is the same as the sale price. Since you only have 1st payment due at signing, there are likely extra charges in the CAP cost.
