Hi! I would like to get the money factor and residual value for a lease on the 2016 AWD Crosstrek Limited CVT with the keyless, navigation package. I am in NYC and my credit score is high 780's.

24 months/10,000 and 12,000 miles.
36 months/ 10,000 and 12,000 miles.

Thank you! It seems 2 years is a really bad deal.

A dealer I went to yesterday said they didn't have any leases under 3 years. Is this just a lie to get me to sign a 3 year lease? Also, do you recommend me going into a dealership and mentioning the money factor and residual value you provided to start the discussion? When are these rates good until and if soon, do you have the next month's rates? Thank you so much!

As you can see from the numbers, Subaru really doesn't support 24 month leases. No point in the dealer starting a discussion or negotiation that isn't going to go anywhere.
