I get the same numbers.. But, don't you have another $8100 due on delivery for the MSDs?

Lexus only updates residuals quarterly, so it's still 54% for 36/10.

The documents I have show MF of .00190 and $10K of dealer cash, this month.
But, I don't have Western Region docs, so it may be different in CA.

Live in So. Ca. Trying to lease a CPO GFS 2016. Responses are "we don't lease used cars" Not sure I understand their logic. They're quick to point to this being a special car with limited production. When I point out that it's a limited production vehicle because Lexus is discontinuing the GS series in part that the price for the GFS can't compete with AMG and M Series BMW's both in terms if price and performance that ends the discussion. Is Lexus amenable to leasing CPO GFS's and am I peeing up a rope?

Leasing used cars rarely works out. The math just works against you.
If the dealer says they can't lease it, then that's a pretty good sign that it isn't possible.

Needing feedback on a lease offer for a 2019 GFS 10th anniversary car. MSRP is $92,836. Sales price $73,500. MF: .00015, RV: 52%. 36 months, 12K miles/yr. $7K down payment (I'm waiting for response for the 3K buyer cash if coming from different manufacturer). Payments are $863/mo
Is this a decent deal? If not, where do I need to hit them up for? Looking forward to feedback. Thanks folks  Arturo Gatti
