Looking for MF and residual for 2017 Jetta Sport in Alpharetta, GA 30004
3yr/45k mi

Also payment on $20,858.97 cap cost?

Cap cost includes taxes, title, $352 current loan difference, $4500 discount + $1000 loyalty. This seems very high to me, comments?

What is the MSRP?
GA taxes the full selling price, not the lease payment.

Here is their quote. Their final "Balance" is incorrect, I'm getting $20,233.97

MSRP = $23,125
Tint/N2 = $693
Discount = $4,500
Sub Total = $19,318
Trade Allowance = $9,000
GATAVT = $820.75
Tag/Title = $743

Loyalty Rebate = $1000
Trade Payoff = $9,352.22

Balance = $20,858.97

I'll put either $2,000 or $3,000 down but not required. Could you tell me payment for both?

The $625 delta is the VW acquisition fee.

The only up front cash we suggest is the first payment and the tag/title costs.

If I use $20,115.97 as the adjusted cap cost (subtracting out the tag/title costs), I get a payment of $251/mo.

Given the tax burden in GA, your payment looks good.

By comparison, I'm leasing a 2016 Jetta SE for about $25/mo less.

I am looking for the same car. I was approved last year with a tier 3 credit (Credit score of a 620) defined by VW. I know that VW has gone to an 8 tier credit structure.

I am curious for NY, CT & NJ what are the following base/book rates are for May.

Add .00030, .00070, .00110, .00160, .00295 and .00365 for tiers 3-8

I'd be careful - that price may include incentives that are not valid for a lease. Confirm with the dealer.

What is that money factor? .00125?

@danieldm1 - for comparison, I leased a 2016 Jetta SE last August. First payment only due at signing, and I'm paying $226/mo with tax. And, that payment includes about $1000 worth of mileage charges, damage and 2 remaining payments on my prior lease.

I would hold out for the base MF - reach out to multiple dealers. Only takes one to meet your numbers.

$333 a month all in, no money down. Does deal check out? and lastly, how do you like your Jetta? I was really set on a Challenger GT but the insurance was $25 more and the payment was $80 more than the GLI. Not to mention, parking in the Bronx isnt the easier.

Finally pulled the trigger on a Jetta SEL auto!

Ended up getting in at $275 a month w everything included. 36/10. 

MF and Res checked out. Probably could have got a little lower but as soon as there was no hesitation on them doing the $275, I just rocked out with it. First number was $315.
