I bought a brand new honda accord from benson honda (now called Fiesta Honda) in San antonio, TX. The car had 16 miles on it when i bought it.
The car had some problems with it (minor - needed a wheel balance, dents/ dings/scratches- had hail damage which was repaired).

The car has been back in the dealer's service dept to get these issues fixed for over 10 days now, they originally told me 3 days. I have NO END IN SIGHT. I think they are trying to wait me out - IE they will wait until I ask for my car back before fixing the dents/scratches.

There were other issues (ie weather stripping loose, etc.)

I took the car directly to the GM initially- and now I cant get a hold of him. I know he is in the office but just IGNORES my calls and Emails.

What can/should I do? I contacted an attorney, since there is an arbitration clause in my contract it would cost me $1500+ just to start that.

I want my car back, fixed. What should I do? Contact Honda executives? Do I have any recourse? I REALLY WANT MY CAR BACK.

Writing some reviews can often get action too.

I had a similar situation last month. I called Sale Manager the next day and he asked to bring the car in for their advisor to check and fix the problem. After that, Customer Relation Manager from that dealer called and congratulation for new car. I reported to the problem to her and asked for exchange or return the car (not fix). She arranged a meeting for me to meet General Sale Manager. General Sale Manager and his boss agreed to return the full money back to me. Can you try to contact Customer Relation Manager from that dealer? Check their website or call their sale number to ask to talk to Customer Relation Manager. I got the same issue with Sale Manager, he ignored my calls and never called back. Hope it helps and good luck.
