Windows won't roll up and speedometer/dashboard wont work?

I was told there was something wrong with the controller but they were very vague in explainING. They said I needed to buy the part because they couldn't find it. My question is: where can buy parts for this car and as perhaps if any of you had similar experiences how did you fix it?
