Hi! Can I get the Residual Value and Money Factor for the 2016.5 Cx-5 AWD Touring?
36 months 12,000 miles

I'm in Philadelphia my FICO score is high 780's.
Also, is it better to pay off all the fees/taxes (acquisition, sales tax, etc) up front or have it rolled into the monthly payment?

    .00023 MF and 61% residual
    $515 lease cash.

You can't pay tax upfront in PA, it's charged against the monthly payment.
Pay non-taxable items upfront (DMV fees, title/license)
Roll taxable fees in (acquisition fee, etc)

What would be considered non-tax and taxable fees besides the ones listed? A dealership today told me my "taxes paid up front" were $2,200 and listed 1st month's payment, bank fee of $640(I thought this was suppose to be $595 acquisition fee), and DMV fee but wouldn't tell me the rest.
    Thanks!

The only taxes paid upfront are on CAP cost reductions. And, of course, it wouldn't be $2200 in any case.
The dealer is mixing his numbers between purchase/lease, because he doesn't seem to want to break the numbers down for you.

    Government fees are non-taxable.
Anything charged by the dealer or bank are taxable.
The acquisition (aka bank fee) is $595.
