    Thank you, does supplier pricing play a role in those numbers? I'm looking at a vehicle that is MSRP of 39120, not sure what that price would be with supplier pricing discount plus other incentives.

    The pricing does not affect the MF and residual numbers.

    Can you post 36/15 and 24/15 for Laredo Texas (78233 zip). I am trying to help out my Mother in Law. She was offered this deal which I think is bad:

    GMC Terrain SLE-1
    MSRP: 28,225
    Sale Price: 26,887
    Gov Fees: 210.25
    Doc Fees: 166.10
    Capitalized Tax: 1569.71
    Acquisition Fees: 595
    Gross Cap Cost: 29,428
    Rebate: 2450
    Net Cap Cost: 26,978

    36/15: $414/month including tax, requires first month payment, residual is 54%

    Note in Texas you need to pay tax on the entire car not just the payment. But I think they are marking up the MF. What should the MF be for 36/15 and what should the monthly payment really be?

    Also what is the 24/15 MF and residual?

    Subtract 1% for 12K/yr.
    $1700 lease cash.

    On all trims, except SL.

    It's a manufacturer incentive, only through GM Financial.
    We don't know if it's dealer or consumer cash, though.
