Numbers haven't changed. Subtract 2% for 15K/yr numbers.
Trim lines don't matter. No incentives.

It's possible that is the MF for the Land Cruiser.

How much money would I save on a 2017 Land Cruiser lease if I make a 1 time payment upfront for all 36 months? Would it remove the money factor from the depreciation or just reduce it?

Don't know how Toyota treats a one-pay lease, but for other brands, there is a reduction in the MF, not an elimination of it.

Thanks for the info. Is there is simple formula for calculating the total interest / absolute number in 1 time leases once you figure the residual?

Lets say residual is $50000 and MF is 0.00220 or 5.28% ; what would the total upfront paid interest costs.Thanks.

Single pay leases don't reduce the CAP cost. It isn't the same as making a big downpayment.
In exchange for making all of the payments in advance, the bank reduces the money factor and re-calculates the payment, using the reduced money factor. Then, totals those payments. It's more like you put the money in escrow to make the payments as they are required.

So, you can't calculate the finance charges, without knowing the money factor reduction.

I didn’t see the 18 thread so I posted this here. Real Car Tips.com has listed a hidden 7500 dealer incentive (probably on a straight no finance buy) on 18 Land Cruisers. They’re usually pretty accurate. Can you guys confirm that number?
