Large downpayments put some of your money at risk, in case the vehicle is totaled or stolen, early in the life of the lease. BMW pay for GAP insurance to cover any shortfall in the insurance payout, but it won't cover any of your dowpayment.

Also, you are renting the vehicle monthly. No point in prepaying a monthly rent.

This is for NH..there's no sale tax there. I'm not sure why they have nothing for DMV fees. This is a midwest dealer supposedly giving me NH based quotes. I already have plates on my current vehicle but would need a new registration.

How much would you estimate the price would lower to go from 10k to 7500 miles per month on 36 months?

Since you are out of state, I'm guessing the 2% tax is a local sales tax, that has to be collected, no matter what? Otherwise, there should be no tax. I'd ask about that.
The tax adds $31/mo. Surely, you could match this deal in NH.
