    Most aggressive offer I've gotten for a 36/12K lease is on a 2017 Avalon Hybrid Limited:

    MSRP - $44,034
    Sale - $38,895
    Residual - $23,338.00
    MF = .0019

    Dealership offering a true sign and drive with $0 down and no fees owed whatsoever. $609/month + tax.

    How'd I do? Numbers adding up?

    All Avalons have the same residual, this month. 59% for 24/12; 10K allowance isn't an option from Toyota.

    Hi there! please let me know the MF/Residual in the NY tri-state area for a 24/10k 36/10k or if Toyota does not allow 10k, then the 24/12k and 36/12k on the Avalon XLE. Thanks.

    No 10K allowance from Toyota; 12K numbers are:

    57% / 50% and .00116

    I was looking for the forum on the Avalon 2018 model year leases but couldn't find it, so I'm posting the question here, hope that's ok.
    I'm considering the 2018 Limited model, as the discounts on price seem pretty good right now, estimating 5-6k off of MSRP.
    Do you have the numbers yet for Residual and MF for a 36/12k lease on the 2018 Limited? And how would they compare to the 2017's?
