Leasing 2017 Honda Accord EX

I just left the dealership. They are pitching me a 2017 Honda Accord EX for $27,000. It's a demo w/ 5,000 miles already, so they told me I'm getting "a good deal". My down payment is $2310 including, taxes, fees, and first month. My monthly payment is $239 x 36 months with 15k miles per year. Btw, I live in NYC. I've never leased a car before. Is this a good deal?! If so, I'm going back on Saturday to finalize everything.

I just got a $295 lease (out of the door - after 6% sales tax) for 36 months / 18K. $0 down and $0 due at signing. Did I get a good deal? I am now thinking I could've gotten better

.00045 MF and 54% residual (for 36/15).

CAP cost of $23,150 to get $ZERO due at signing and that payment, assuming tax is paid upfront in your state.

Considering DMV fees, acquisition fee and tax, that looks pretty strong.
