Dealship sold a NEW Mazda3 with a Stop Sale

Hi, I bought a brand NEW Mazda3 almost a month ago that had a Stop-Sale. At the time I didn't know what that meant exactly. The dealer told me that the parts were on order and they'd send me home with a loaner till the parts were received. It's going on a month and the recall status is: Recall incomplete. Remedy not available. I have the title. Anyone know what options I have? I hate to pay tax/license on a car I don't have and there's no remedy in sight.

    That's interesting. I didn't even know that was legal. Why don't you contact your local DA/s office of consumer affairs and ask them for advice on this?
