I get $636/mo with those prices.

Residuals are good through the end of the year, but MF and incentives expire on 11/30. So, they could get better next month.

Save the $729.50 on the cap reduction - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

Yes, the second deal looks better, but without the details, there's no way to know for sure.

No information on loyalty incentives from Lexus.

The bank (aka acquisition) fee is $700

Dealer fee = doc fee

I have a 2015 RX350 Base Model I will be returning in May 2017.  Is it a good idea to go in early and lease a new RX 350?  Received mail indicating they will waive up to 3 payments and the fee to return the vehicle.  Is Presidents weekend or Memorial weekend a better time for a new lease?  Is there currently any incentives?  What is the current MF and RV for 36 months 10K miles a year?  Thank You!

Could you please give me the MF and Residual for a 2017 RX 350 AWD in New York State for both 10k and 15k miles? Also, are the numbers any better if I do 39 months (or some other term) as opposed to the usual 36 months?

Finally, are there any incentives/rebates/ loyalty? My dealership is trying to get me to turn in my current lease early (expires in may) and they claim that their march sales event has started early? Is there some way to tell if that's true or is it better to actually wait until March?

Any "sales event" is just advertising. Residuals won't change next month, but money factors/incentives might.

It was actually 819.22 (first mo pmt [569], doc fee [75], inspect, tax on rebates, tire disposal fee, and plates). I couldn't get them to throw in the first months payment which I really wanted; but frankly I did this in a single afternoon without having done much research at all and without shopping around between dealers for several weeks as I usually do. I think maybe I could have gotten a few more dollars if I had but for having everything squared away it was worth it. Also Lexus waived my last 3 pmts on prior lease.
