I was offered 33,360 for 2017 Outback 2.5i Limited with Eyesight and HID headlights . MSRP was 35,999..

    Hm, we show MSRP for that model/trim to be $35,260, including the $875 destination.

    Invoice is $32,881 and TMV is $33,465. So the average for a Pittsburgh zip is ~$1,800 below MSRP and ~$600 more that TMV.

    All these numbers get me confused, but it looks like your offer is just a little bit better than "average".

    Popular model, lots of demand, snow is coming. Might not be able to beat TMV much more.

    I see about 160 Limiteds in stock up that way, not sure how many have the Eyesight option. That seems like a good selection. (inventory link)
