    Seems like a long time to fix a dent. Didn't they have the parts at hand when you brought it in?

    The new skin needs to be painted and color matched. This takes at least 3-4 days.

    Understood but the article said "weeks", so that prompted my post.

    I think its take just 6 to 7 days to complete the paint process.

    You've got to love SoCal, drove my family home in my new 2016 4Runner and in less than a week it had been hit/scraped twice while parked. At least in the south it's just door dings from inconsiderate drivers parking their cars, not bad drivers hitting your parked car.
