I have a competitor lease and have been advised the current incentive for competitor lease is $2k. Do you have any idea if there will be better incentives for the future? I'm trying to get a 2017 Canyon Denali crew cab 4x4 short bed for $350 a month with zero down. The lowest I have been offered is $410 and I was hoping I could get below $350.

No way for us to predict the future, but the Canyon and Colorado are highly popular, so I suspect GM does not see the need to put incentives on it.

The difference between $410/mo and $350/mo is over $2000 on a 36 month lease. You'd have to get the price down that much from whatever the dealer is currently offering to get to your target payment.

Non-Denali 4X4 CrewCabs have the same program, except residual is 2% lower.

Engine choice does not affect numbers.

On February 22, 2017 I entered into a lease agreement for 12k miles per year. I signed all documents that say 12k per year and left with my new GMC Canyon. Today (3 days later) I received a call from the dealership asking me to resign my lease contact for 10k miles a year. Am I obligated to redo the lease contract? Can the dealership do this?

Ask them why they want you to re-sign. It's possible they used the 10K residual and the 12K on the contract doesn't match. If that's the case, then yes, you'll have to re-sign.

If you want the 12K per year, expect the payment to go up a bit.

Don't re-sign a deal for less miles than you agreed to. If they need to re-do the contract for a mistake they made, then they should adjust the price, so that you still get the same miles for the same payment. (probably a $300-$400 mistake).

Now, if the deal was supposed to be for 10K/yr, and it's just a typo on their part, then you should just go ahead and let them fix it.

i am assuming the 10% msrp canyon slt models ($4265) applies to leases as well. so if msp is 37240 - 4265. the dealer gets the 4265 back from gmc. so i should start my working my deal at 32975. can someone please confirm? thanks in advance. trying to decide between tacoma and canyon. also can i get the residual and MF for a 2017 canyon crew cab 4x4 39 month 36k miles in Washington state

.00158 MF and 67% residual for 39/12.

We don't have rebate information, but it's doubtful that the rebate is compatible with the lease program.
Doesn't hurt to ask, though.

Canyons are not cheap to lease, just so you know.
