At 16 kmiles sent email to consumer affairs at Hyundai about oil burning they said they would set up an appointment with the dealer to have a rep. there said it would take up to 2 weeks that is up, sent another mail they sent back and said that I have to deal with the dealer or take to another dealer. sounds like they are trying to cover something we are getting the shaft

    They probably want the dealer to perform an oil consumption test first. This is fairly normal procedure.

    if you get the run-around, email direct to Miles Johnson (HMA big-wig) and you will get results.

    been to the dealership 3 times over oil burning they say its normal. not at 17500 I don't think so ,all they do is change the oil
