Roof Rail Installation

I have a brand new 2016 CRV SE with no roof rail. Can I have one installed as aftermarket?

    Just the bare roof?

    You can get a system from Yakima for a bit over $400. I assume Thule has similar systems and probably a couple of other less well known brands.
