My brights quit working, the dims still work.

My bright lights don't work, but the dims and the fog lights still do. I checked the fuses and changed the bulbs. All of my other lights, (blinkers, brakes, reverse) work and I have no other electrical problems. I disconnected the battery to reset the computer also. The steering column and ignition switch are not loose. Any ideas?
