I changed the master cylinder and bled the brakes and after a day the pedal goes low and sloppy again. I bought a new master cyl not a reman.. What could the problem be?
No harm in bleeding them again. Generally a bad power booster will give a low, but very HARD, pedal, unless it's actually sucking brake fluid into the engine--which you would notice every time you pumped the brakes with the engine running.
You might have to pay to have a power bleed done or perhaps have it done with a factory scan tool. You should call your Ford dealer and find out the proper bleeding procedure and whether your particular ABS system requires a scan tool bleeding. Some do, some don't.
The only thing I can suggest at this point is to check with the dealer as to whether your ABS system needs to be bled with a scan tool or if pressure bleeding would solve this.
Pull the "new" master cylinder off of the brake booster and check to see if the fluid is leaking from the rear of the master cylinder and into the booster.

Here's a good video on all aspects of BRAKE BLEEDING/BENCH BLEEDING
