I am located in South Florida and looking to buy a Corolla LE before the end of the year. Didn't see any posts or discussions regarding prices paid so am reaching out for help from the community to post their deals.

Hi @prijay, you've been a member here "forever" so you know the TMV drill and you're well versed in Florida's crazy dealership fees. 15% off MSRP would be around $16,800 and that might make a good target.

You ever check over at Earl Steward? Fixed prices that run high, but not dealer fees. Might be worth getting a quote.

Anyone else shopping for a Corolla?

    Hi Stever,
Haven't checked with Earl Stewart but will do.
Also Corolla's have some incentives right now , does your 15% off MSRP take this into consideration or this is over and above the 15% discount?
It would be helpful if anyone who has bought a 2017 would respond with what they paid.

My usual rule of thumb is 8 to 12% below MSRP. I suggested 15% as a target because of the timing more than anything. We usually see good deals at year end (more so on "last year's "models, like a 2016 in this case), and those deals are a combo of supply/demand, incentives that we know about, and bonus money from Toyota to the dealers that we don't know about.
