2017 Chevy Volt Lease Deal -- Please Critique Deal

Hi All,

I'm in the process of negotiating a 2017 LT Volt -- Appreciate your feedback on the below:
- MSRP $36,155
- Dealer Discount $3,959K
- GM Lease Incentives $7860 ($6860 lease cash + $500K bonus tag + $500 lease conquest)
- Term: 36 months / 12K
- MF .0004
- Residual 50%
- Tax = 8% (SoCal)
- Zero Cap Cost Reductions
- Pay all drive-off fees up front (Taxes on rebates, Registration, Doc, Lease Acquistion, etc)
- Payment = $204 / month

Side Note:
I'm considering advancing a cash down payment of $2,200 in anticipation of rebates (California $1500 + Costco $700) -- This would render a payment of $137 / month

We agree with .00040 MF and 50% residual.
I get $190/mo.+tax, so $204/mo. looks about right.

The money is cheap (1% APR).
I'd roll in as much as I could.

Wow great deal! Can I ask you what packages you got with the car? Such as did you get leather interior? Upgraded items? Could you put me in touch with your sales guy or let me know the dealer. I'm in LA and would love to get this car.

$4610 lease cash

Don't show any supported rates for 24 months.
