Service Loaner lease

Hi I've noticed that several dealers have service loaners available for lease. They are discounted about 10%. what would the money factors be for South Florida for 36, 39 months, 12K annually. I guess the question would be if they have been titled which would mean that they are used. Thank you for your help.

Usually, service loaners and demos use the new car lease program, but with reduced residuals to account for the mileage. That may or may not be the case with GM.

Either way, we didn't get the Cadillac numbers, this month.
