2010 Outlook Starting

After sitting for a short amount of time like the time it takes gas it up my 2010 Saturn outlook when I go to start it sounds like the battery is going dead. But eventually after holding the key for about 20 seconds ends up starting. Any suggestions or should I just get a new battery?

You can get it load tested for free at most parts stores or Walmart, etc.
