I suspect that the advertised price is for purchase, not lease. But, I also suspect that the purchase incentives and lease incentives are pretty close to one another, so don't expect another $4K off that advertised price.

Also, I've heard that leasing a car toward the end of i production year doesn't pay. Is it better to buy the 2017 rather than lease a 2017 model or am I better off leasing a 2018. Thanks!

Residuals do tend to be lower at the end of the model year, but the incentives often increase to compensate.

Thanks! I'm surprised the SX has better numbers. Initial rates I got on the EX were:

24/10 - $260/mth
24/12 - $272/mth

The didn't bother giving me 36mth rates, as they said the 24mth is a better deal currently.
