2017 B-Class Electric Drive Leasing questions: MF/RV incentives?

I live in Northern CA (Bay Area) and I am looking at leasing 36/15k Mercedes Benz B 250e electric 5dr HB EV.
I test drove a car at a local dealership and really like the feel and look of this car compared to Nissan Leaf and BMW i3 EV.
I got a quote as followed:
Vehicle Price: 42,160.00 (this car is very baseline model)
AutoNation Discount: 7,060.00
AutoNation Price: 35,100.00
Sales tax, Doc fee, etc. bring it to 38,571.05 (or $3,471.05 added to the Vehicle price)
The quotes are as followed (including $7500 rebates (Fed Tax Credit factored in?))
Cash Due 24mo/15k miles 36/15k 48/15k
$1,500.00 $535 $399 $461
$2,500.00 $489 $369 $438
$3,500.00 $444 $339 $415
I was told that the MF=0.00103; I did not ask for RV.
Does anyone have experience in leasing this car with Mercedes Benz to share? Northern CA or otherwise?
I am a bit muddy about the "included" $7500 rebate since I don't know how they come up with the monthly payment :-(
What other questions I should ask the dealership regarding the terms of the lease?
Thanks!

Sales tax is irrelevant, as the only upfront tax is on the rebates or CAP cost reduction. Otherwise, it's the payment that's taxed, not the purchase price.
The $7500 rebate is in lieu of Federal Tax Credits (which you don't get, since you don't own the vehicle).
Just throw out 24 and 48 months, as the 36 month term is much better, as you can see from the quotes.
Let's assume that $1500 upfront covers $399 + DMV fees + tax on the rebate.
Adjusted CAP should be:
$35,100 selling price
+$795 acq.fee
- $7500 rebate
= $28,395
For 36/15, that gives $345/mo+tax
$376/mo. with 9% tax.
Considering that I estimated a lot of that, $23/mo off isn't too bad. Sure looks like they are in the ballpark.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost with the $1500 due at signing for 36/15, and an accounting of how they calculated it.

Thanks kyfdx for your insightful reply. The RV you'd quoted seems to be very low for this vehicle. Are these numbers based on sources that you have access to? I know that these EV resale values are low compared to regular cars but did not know that they are that low.
Just curious.
