Question - I know there is 2025 lease cash available on the 2017 sentra.
I also see 1000 cash and 500 bonus cash - can the 1000 cash / 500 cash also be applied to the lease or one or the other? Or is it only the 2025 lease cash? Thanks! Eric

How do you have $1350 in fees and the adjusted CAP drops by $1170?

that may be where im off - rolling all the up front into the lease - isnt that the Acq Fee 595
DMV 311, Doc 449? Plus there is 2525 in lease cash available. this is where i am always confused even using a spreadsheet with formulas and the leaseguide calculator and the leasehackr calculator LOL

That makes more sense.. Add $1355 in fees, then subtract $2525 lease cash for a net reduction of $1170.

That's a big doc fee.

dealer accepted the deal. she is picking it up tommorrow. will post official final numbers once i have them . Very happy with under $200 month for her on this car. No way she could have negotiated this price. Probably saved her 1k to 2k. Celebrating with a beer. Feels good to present a deal and have a dealer say yeah Ill do that. She loved the ride, signed today. Dealer honored 199 month deal with first month down. SL much better option for the current 57% residual.

Just wanted to share. Picked up a 2017 Sentra SR turbo. 36 mos 12000. Just paid first month. Rolled ALL fees into payment 184 a month.was getting just SR for that price but dealer didn't have correct color in SR,only had it in SR turbo so still made deal for same price. NY

@omajoe33 - why are you ending your current lease early? That $4800 is adding over $100/mo to your payment.

The math is correct.

And, I don't see where the acquisition fee is being waived.

We were upside down on that earlier lease too and the payment was killing us. Having a nearly $500 payment was killing us. We are still upside down, but $345 is more manageable for the next 3 years. Then we'll be free.

Does it seem like we got a decent deal, as far as the car and trade-in goes? We brought them down 30-40/mo.

We are also saving about 20-25/mo in gas from the switch. We'll pay more in the long run, but not a huge concern. We will most likely always have newer cars, so we are use to having a monthly payment. We'll ride this car out.

Thanks for all of the help, by the way. Seems like we got a better number on the residual, as well. Was showing 49%, but we got 51%.
