2017 RX350 Lease Deals

I am looking at leasing a 2017 RX350 for my wife. Looking at the base model, FWD.

I know that Lexus has a current offer for $429 for 36 months with $2,999 due at lease signing.

I was leaning towards a 48 month lease. This will be my first time leasing (normally finance) and dont want to get screwed.

I have gotten a quote on the RX350 at $40,707 (MSRP $45,074).

I am trying to determine how the lower price would impact the lease rate.

Also, does anyone know the residual after 36 or 48 months?

Residuals for 15K/yr are 60%/51% for 36/48 months.

$461/mo/$446mo. + tax, assuming all other costs are paid upfront.
