I'm wondering whether it's possible to lease a car out of state? In this circumstance I live in Colorado, however I'm finding much more favorable pricing in Texas.

In most circumstances, you can.

You have to make sure that you can lease a vehicle, without paying sales tax in that state. Especially important in TX, as they tax the full selling price, even on a lease.

Some banks only offer regional incentives for those that live in the incentive area, so that's sometimes a problem, as well.

Well... that's not what I said, exactly.

You have to check to see if you can lease from a Texas dealership without paying Texas taxes. I don't have that information.
