Trying to understand the mpg you've been getting. I drive a Durango with the same engine, AWD and one less gear. I get between 20 and 22 on almost all of my fill ups (my calculations). Of course type of driving and driving style are big factors but I feel like the Pacifica should do better than this.
Also, I don't get the vacuum. It may be a minor convenience but this feels more like the the kind of thing that shows well in the dealership but rarely gets used. Even if I vacuumed my car a lot I'd still rather use a real vacuum that is more powerful, has more attachments and doesn't take up any room in the car. I guess every minivan has to keep up with the Odyssey so I guess in-car vacs are here to stay.

Interesting that you mention the 9 speed trans works ok in the Pacifica. But, so far, have not followed up with the reflash of the Renegade's transmission.

I've never owned a vehicle with the vacuum so I can't really speak from experience, but looking at that hose and it seems to be pretty small. Anything other than the largest Shop Vac (I think ours is 6 HP) isn't of much use to get up all of those crap and leftover food and trash that accumulates from kids. That being said, it IS a big pain to get the Shop Vac out and move it over to the SUV and such. If you could just do a quick vac in minutes, I could see that value.
