Car Buying Advice - 2016-2017 SUV Lease

Hi,
I am looking to lease 2016 or 2017 SUV's and I am looking for advise on the best SUV options. Please see criteria below:
- 12K, 36 month lease with only DMV and first month fees upfront.
- Looking to be between $200 and $250 per month.
- AWD, Blind Spot warning and/or Lane Depart warnings

Could you please advise if I can still get 2016 models for lease and also good options.

You'll have a hard time getting under $250/mo for any CUV/SUV. And, at that price, it will probably be a base model without any of those extra features.

You might find some deals between $250-300/mo. I've seen folks lease the VW Tiguan, Nissan Rogue and Mazda CX-5 at those prices.

We can't calculate lease payments without the MSRPs and proposed selling prices.
