I currently have a Lexus IS350 on lease which is due in May. The residual value is 29,950. They are offering me 28,500 as a trade in to capitalize on tax advantages, which i think is fair considering it would cost me about 1,300 to turn my Lexus in today (remaining payment + disposition).

For a 36 month/36,000 mile lease i am being quoted 535.35 with 0 down. The MF they quoted me was .00096. I believe it should be .00056.

Please let me know your thoughts. Hoping to close on this today!

Not much of a discount from sticker, considering the lease cash. You might want to push on that.

I am assuming they applied the lease cash to the trade-in to get closer to my buyout but not sure if dealers do that...? Carmax offered me 25,500 and Audi offered me 25,000, which seemed to be fair money given my own research so I was happy with their appraisal. Getting out of the Lexus lease for less than it would have cost me to keep the car to maturity and return it to the dealer as well as the tax advantages seemed fair. I ended up getting the correct MF and my payment came to 478 with only first month due at signing.
