Most ads don't include the dealer discount amount or the adjusted CAP cost. Without one of those numbers, you are just guessing.

The numbers for the SE sedan are 42% and .75% for 36/15

Sorry, we don't have any info on single-pay leases for Ford Credit.

@kyfdx @Michaell Can't find any participating dealers who will honor the advertised deal the most interesting thing I heard is one who said that the regional deal is only for equipment group 300A (which my regional offer does state, as shown above) and the 2017 focus electric only comes in equipment group 500A

I emailed Ford Credit directly, asking them why they would create a June 2017 regional offer for a car that doesn't exist, and their response was to hide behind the dealer, as shown below

Is this just a roundabout way of dealers adjusting for increased demand for these vehicles, that they're not willing to part with the full Ford Credit incentives?

Thank you for your help--this is a daunting process

No manufacturer or captive bank is going to discuss pricing with you. That's not just Ford, it's everyone.
Those lease advertisements are just that.. advertisements. They aren't really actual offers, even if they call them that.

That said, $260/mo for a vehicle that stickers at more than $31K is a good payment.
